I thought I would share one of my favorite bliss things with you too: Israel Kamakawiwo'ole singing & playing his wonderful version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow ... p.s. this board is groovy how it makes it so easy to add a whole youtube video however it is a bit of a shame that it also brought along JonGabriel but then again Israel was a VERY big man also ... (Oh, I see the ad changes when you post it )

Thank you Prujoy. That was beautiful. It was used here in South Africa for a TV advert from the official Opposition Party for our recent national government elections. It was great hearing the whole song here on the forum I rank this rendition up there as one of the top two versions around. The other one was by one of my favourite Rock 'n' Roll singers of the fifties, Mr Be-Bop-A-Lula, Gene Vincent. His version is closer to the earlier styles for this song, but in my view was the best in that era. As rough as he was in many ways, Gene had an amazingly versatile voice for a Rock 'n' Roller. Here is his version: vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=7001757So, listening to these songs one could say helps to trigger the happiness we have within us.
